Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tubelight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Tubelight provides AI-powered tools for document Q&A (DocuChat), structured learning (Mentor), and image generation (Illustra). Features may change over time as we ship updates.

3. Accounts

You must be signed in to use the service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

4. Credits

Usage is metered in credits, which you can top up with any amount at or above the stated minimum. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law, and the balance never expires. We may change credit costs for actions with notice on this page or in the changelog.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including uploading unlawful content, attempting to bypass credit gates, probing the backend, or using outputs in ways that violate the law.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the images you generate. You grant Tubelight a limited license to process this content to provide the service to you.

7. AI outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying important outputs before relying on them, and for how you use generated images.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tubelight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@tubelight.app.
